Alistair Stevenson testifies that runners were told "stay calm" for the drill before the race by loud speaker. A security force on the ground and on rooftops was present, along with and bomb sniffing dogs.

The role of FEMA:

The FEMA website discloses that it hires ACTORS, who must sign non-disclosure agreements. These non-disclosure agreements explain the secrecy, the lack of information, and the lack of clarity regarding fake crisis activities in the public sphere.

Why does the Boston victim known as Jeff bauman in the pictures below, look more like Nick Vogt who lost his legs two years ago in Afghanistan?

Since bombing victim Christian Williams was so close to the man called Jeff Bauman during the bombing, why wasn't he spattered with Jeff's blood? After all, Christian was handling his legs, as seen in videos and photos. What was he doing touching Jeff's body? If the tourniquet was already in place by someone other than Christian, who was it? And if the tourniquet was not already in place, why wasn't Christian fully covered in Jeff's blood? Christian looks spottless, and Jeff looks like he nowhere close to losing consciousness with a face of full color, as he gets paraded in a wheel chair down the street for the cameras, just in time for live action news.
 
 
Who is this miraculous man on the ground, that gets his legs blown off, without losing consciousnesss, and without losing all of his blood, and who then gives happy interviews within a week? Now that's some amazing recovery !!!
